Comfortable and clean

Booked this as a stop gap over the Christmas holidays. Be aware the "distance from airport" is deceiving...perhaps that refers to the furthest edge of Pearson...it's about a 20 minute drive to the airport from here. The rooms are not well soundproffed so sleep may be disturbed ...bring earplugs The room was clean but you get what you pay for The

We arrived in the evening of Dec 5/ 25 for a 1 night stay after driving 6 hours with a child. We were all tired and went to bed. I went out for a vape at 1030 pm and went straight to bed. In the mid morning while having breakfest my husband sent me a photo of something that was under our bed turned out that it happened to be a discarded condom with a wrapper and another condom that had been used. I went downstairs immediately and complained to the night clerk, stating that I was not paying for my room as that was disgusting. And that I had a 7-year-old staying in that room. That night long story short, the front desk manager decided to tell me that I was only going to get $30 as a return. And that the manager was in the hospital and could not come to see me after I had asked to speak with him after talking with him. 4 over a 1 an hour, I called Expedia explained everything to them. They called said, yes, I was getting my money back. But yet comfort in in mississaga still stated.They were not going to refund me any money.Except for thirty dollars, then it went to fifty dollars.I said, no I then stated that I was going to reach out to media for this.As it's disgusting and they should be completely ashamed to even offer that the female lady then smirked at me.So did the knight clerk stating they weren't going to give you back the money after almost forty minutes of talking with expedia.And with the comfort in, I did manage to get a return, but then was threatened and told not

The room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was also nice. Hot water came quick and the shower was great. Breakfast had some good options, both hot and cold. Also the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms. Good staff. Easy check-in and out. Budget accomodation, but very worth it.

Normally i have a flawless stay here, but in room 209, the bathroom smelled moldy/mildew. Had to keep the door closed so it doesnt smell in the main room.

Nice and clean rooms

Honestly the room should have been cheaper considering the road construction right under our window. Woke up at 7am because of the noise (been there for more than 2 months apparently) Room was in average condition Breakfast was very basic Staff was nice and welcoming.

Staff were nice, bed was comfy, and lots of parking.

Very clean room maint floor under renovation but not dusty or noisy very comfortable bed and clean bathroom

Facilites and staff great. No isyructions on how to find through construction.

City construction not the property’s fault

Lots of road construction going on during our stay. Our room wasn't serviced until the afternoon which meant that we were back from our excursions before someone showed up which wasn't great. The women in charge of breakfast were very nice and kept the area very clean.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms, generous breakfast, easy parking
