The night audit that checked us in around 7pm on December 6th was amazing. I think her name was Donna, she was so nice and funny. She truly made our stay unforgettable. She deserves a raise in my opinion. Having that great energy so late in the day is a rare skill! We will definitely come back to stay here!

Friendly and informative staff at check in. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The bed, pillows, and linen were comfortable. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom. (One item was not checked prior to our arrival and the container was empty). Coffee is available in the room but only one regular and three decaf. Instead we visited the breakfast area that opened at 6:30am for coffee. Breakfast was included and there were enough options for anyone to find something to eat. The lobby also sold snacks, drinks, and microwave meals.

Staff was super friendly. The hotel itself was so clean and tidy. The mattress, I’m pretty sure was brand new.

The staff was very courteous, however there was only one person doing the work of 2 possibly 3 people. There was a long lineup for people checking in. The room was clean, breakfast was well prepared. Only drawback was the wait time when we arrived.
