Comfort Inn Surrey Hotel

Room and staff were very good.

The room was loud and the hotel was very busy. Nice room though

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which made the experience even better.

The first room i checked in smells bad, I’m pretty sure were a pet room and HK doesn’t put the odor machine to clear the air. I moved to another room and I found hair everywhere, in the bed, in the towels, in the toilet, in the bathtub. As a Housekeeping Manager I’m very picky about details in the room. The goal is giving the best experience and definitely it was the worse.

Booked the wrong date by accident and while i realized right at the moment of booking and tried to adjust it the Hotel would not allow it and took the money anyway. Horrible sercice and ridiculous that my money was taken!

We had a great time staying there. Clean rooms, great hospitality, courteous staff, several breakfast options, and a safe location.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life and I stay close to 50 nights a year. On check-in we found a party like atmosphere with kids going from room to room on either side our room - with loud music, banging on doors and running in the hallways. I asked the front desk to move rooms and they said they were full and it wasn’t possible but they would send someone. Nothing changed and the noise went until 2 am. Turns out it was all 4 floors had buses of cheerleader kids without parents. This is now the 2nd time we have experienced this at this hotel and it seems to be their business model. So stay here if you want to party all night and if you want a few hrs of sleep per night. The hotel itself has no soundproofing so noise transfers from room to room and floor to floor. I am sure the hotel will respond but we complained multiple times and nothing changed. It was all day and all night. The hotel staff were cleaning rooms while kids were running around. You accepted bus loads of kids with no parents - you shouldn’t have also accepted money from people who wanted a place to sleep.
