Room was dirty, went to pull out the hide-abed at night and underneath was full of food, some even moldy. Mattress is stained with the mattress protector also stained. Under the queen beds was also dirty. Room was bit stocked for the amount of people staying in it. We had to go to the desk to request more towels and face cloths. Room prices at check in didnt match the price that was made at bookings. Was made to pay more. *When checking in, two other people checking in had the same issue. -Staff were not pleasant to deal with that-

Shower wall had chunks of what I assumed was soap and hair on it. Eye level was great. 2 inches above it was disgusting. I suggested to the front desk staff, to instruct their housekeepers to look up. Stayed during March break and it was horrible. Kids running through the halls all hours of the day and night.

The hallway was dark and the carpet was stained. The door to my room had splatter, as though someone had thrown a beverage on it. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was adequate. The ladies at the front desk were efficient and friendly.

Much better experience than our previous stay on Mar 6th. We arrived at about 2:45 am (had messaged hotel earlier that we had a late flight arriving at Moncton Airport). I had completed online check-in so it was very quick when we arrived. Front Desk Staff was very pleasant and helped us with our luggage (we were on 2nd floor) and gave us a map (didn't get one on March 6th). We had a Deluxe King room that was better than the 2 Queens we had before. Room was OK. Public areas (carpet on stairs) are looking tired. Breakfast was OK. Lots of fresh food. Was very busy with families with small kids but still lots of space. Checkout in the morning was very quick.

Expedia feedback for days Inn Moncton: First room had not been cleaned. Beds not changed. Brown material, highly suspicious for faeces on the bathroom wall. Floor did not appear to have been vacuumed, stains on the office chair. Adjacent to pool but loud enough that regular volume conversation (let alone sleep) not possible. They accommodated to another room. Better. Still, stains on ceiling, curtains. Heating system/vent does not appear to have been cleaned or vacuumed. Mould on the shower head. Hallways often littered with food (chips, “crumbs” that were 1 inch across) Clearly, not every stay in every hotel is going to be pristine. Not every room goes through a deep clean after each guest. We had also just come back from a stay at a resort and in a nicer (and cheaper) hotel in Halifax so there was a recency comparison bias. I was uncomfortable with my kids touching walls, floor, furniture. Positives: it was warm and dry. Negative: cleanliness of rooms and hallways. Price relative to quality. Not quiet. There are many hotels in the Moncton area which are cleaner, quieter, and with a cost close to or lower than that of the Days Inn. If not immediately the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, it is certainly in the bottom 3. Based on our experience, I would not recommend.

We arrived for a two-day stay over March break. We weren't provided with any information upon arrival regarding parking, wifi, pool hours or breakfast hours. We weren't informed the pool was out of order. We booked a themed room, which was older. There were lights in the children's bunk that didn't function and were hanging by wires. Went to breakfast the next morning and were told the staff didn't show up so there was no breakfast other than dry cereal (no milk) or bagels. Coffee wasn't even made. Front desk staff told us it wasn't their job. We left after one day. Were told we'd get a discount but were charged full price.

Thought this would be a convenient hotel to stay at when going to a concert at the casino. Never again. Next time I’ll just be cabbing back into downtown. Got downgraded to a room with only 1 bed at check in. Woman working claimed the area I had booked “is closed”. I had paid extra for the 2 bed room and told them that was my preference and their only solution was to add a cot. Did not get reimbursed for the price difference in the downgrade. The entire floor smelled like sweat and hockey gear and we had to walk around and over hockey nets, sticks, and ten boys playing hockey in the hallway. The boys had a net set up outside our door and for literal hours balls and sticks were hitting our door. Had to leave the room around 7pm when it became too insufferable and at that time ~15 parents were now also sitting on the floors of the hallway drinking and socializing. The noise and chaos went into late hours of the night and began again early the next morning. I would suggest no one ever stay here outside of a hockey tournament. Or, the hotel should be blocking off sections to keep the tournament families together and not book others in the dead middle of the mayhem.

Upon arrival there was no shampoo, 3 pillows per queen size bed x2, 2 wash clothes/towels etc for family of 4. When rang we rang the desk for shampoo, towels and additional pillows one did deliver them. The pool area was filthy and the hot tub was unbearable. People were getting out coughing maybe from the chemicals or the ridiculous a mouth of foam on the surface, peoples body’s were completely covered with it. I was amazed they were even getting in it. Personally, Wouldn’t go back.
