The breakfast menu needs improving.

A very pleasant surprise here in Redwater! Clean, clean, clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. Room 323 is a well appointed room with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with induction cooktop, dining and living areas and separate bedroom. The leather couch and recliner made lounging comfortable. The staff were all available and helpful. Free breakfast was also a nice touch. I will stay again

This hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. As a couple who travelled from out of province, we booked the room back at beginning of January. There was NO indication the pool was closed, nor was there any communication from the hotel advising of such. While the room was quite spacious, there was mold in the shower, which takes about an hour to strip off and reapply fresh silicone. The beds were hard and it’s obvious the hotel caters to the oil and gas industry. If you are a family, stay elsewhere. There are no amenities worth mentioning. If you are travelling for work and need a shower and a place to sleep, you’ll probably be fine.

There was black mold around the edge of the bathtub. The shower curtain had mold on it. The property has listed that the pool was open but yet is "temporary closed" but come to find out it's been down for maintenance for almost a year and they have zero plans to fix. Also they had zero curtains, just some stupid blinds that didn't block the sunlight. Also the hallways seemed that they have never had ever been cleaned. Would not recommend!

Loved the King suite. Great a/c, beautiful window blinds & furnishings including a power leather recliner that was amazing. Two 42” TVs & a jacuzzi tub. It had everything you need. It was very quiet & the staff were very helpful & friendly. The staff really went above & beyond. We will definitely go back.

The pool is not open. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The breakfast selection is OK. The blinds do not work. The room is hard to sleep in because it’s so light.

Nice fairly clean room. Comfortable beds, the parking lot was not cleared of ice and snow. Overall a good comfortable accommodation for a reasonable price.

I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. The bathtub had black mold in the corners, the rooms phone doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down, there was a strip of dirt along the wall that has been missed by the vacuum for at least 5 yrs and then there was a piece of broken glass behind the door. We stayed here with my toddler. I am not happy.

The pool was locked up and hot tub out of order. 2 ice machines were out of order. The room had candy wrappers on the floor when we checked into the room. My credit card was compromised after we used it to pay for the room. Now I have to get a new one. I would sleep in my truck before I’d stay at this establishment again.
