This motel was perfect for my weekend trip. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and the front desk staff were helpful, especially Felicia. It was nice that there was a little self-serve breakfast table. I would stay here again, and I recommend it to others.

In guiet area and well kept Nd service was riht on.

The motel is old and she shows her age buuut all in all it was an enjoyable stay. For the price and walking distance to my event, I'd totally stay here again. I think our heater was on the Fritz, it was sooooo hot lol.... But again.... Good little place

Workers were very friendly and personable, we had a light that didn't work in our room but that was the only inconvenience. Room was clean.

Good value for money. Dated but with a comfy bed, working thermostat and warm shower, who cares? I would recommend it.

Only one hanger. Surface tops sticky. Toilet running continuously unless I went into tank to fix. Needed room that was accessible with walker. Requested this prior to arrival and said was will to stay in a smoking room if needed. When i arrived, i discovered that the notes for my request said I requested a smoming room and nothing about needing an accessible room. Given smaller room than booked, 1 bed insted of 2 and no air conditioner. Charged original booking price. Carpet had been cleaned that day, so it was wet and room was very damp feeling. Requested no housekeeping service during my stay. Was told to come to front desk if need to exchange towels or needed anything. One day = no service. Next day housekeeping was in my room. Informed GM. Was told he would look into it as that should not have happened since I requested no service. Next day, again housekeeping was in my room. Informed desk staff. Was told upon checkout that it wasn't housekeeping's fault as it hadn't been put on their sheet. No " do not disturb" was available for me to put on door. Was going to book for next year but based on how things were handled decided to book elsewhere. When mentioned this while checking out, the only response was "ok". Email sent 5 days ago not responded to or acknowledged (used email link on website). I felt that I was not valued as a customer and that they really didn't care about my business. In fact I was made to feel like i had unrealistic expectations regarding service.

Eastglen Inn is a clean, comfortable motel. There is no restaurant on premises, nor is there any super close to the motel, but otherwise it is a decent place to stay for cheap. The room itself could be cleaner as there was some dust bunnies in the crevices of the walls, but overall it was in good shape. Just an older building that could benefit from a renovation.

Close to edminton expo facility which is what we wanted. Room was clean. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Easy check in and checkout.

Close to the expo centre. That’s why we booked here.

The staff were friendly, helpful & efficient, both in the evening and at breakfast in the morning. The room was very dated but clean. The layout of the room was nice, with a living room-type area and separate bedroom area.

It is clean and quite. the air condition works very well. The parking lot is wide and cloth. the room has got a small fridge.

The room smelled and all the furniture was sticky. It was almost like at one time it was used as a smoking room and they forgot to clean things before they put the no smoking sign up.

The bed is super comfortable and clean! The air conditioner works great.

I love the price for all of the things included in the room.
