Everything was great from start to finish. Check in was quick and simple. Pool and hot tub were great. Bed were very comfy. Room was clean and spacious

Quiet and clean

This is my goto stop arriving or leaving from the Kelowna airport. Easy parking and various food options in the immediate area.

Decent location, half an hour drive from main attractions with a few attractions near by like the upside down cider and kangaroo farm! The place is clean, staff is friendly, I’m giving it a 4 star since I think they could easily include the parking fee into the total charge, daily fee for parking is not 5 stars. I travel often and never had to pay for parking it is absolutely my mistake not noticing that parking isn’t included, I guess I had higher expectations.

Arrived to a non draining shower. Let the reception staff know before we headed out for dinner. Got back, checked at reception and were told the maintenance staff fixed the shower drainage issue. We went up to our room to see the door propped open by the door latch. Maintenance had left it like this for hours. Luckily nothing was stolen. We called the front desk and got a quick apology but nothing else. Most of the trip we were not at the hotel. We finished our trip by trying out the attached restaurant Gulfstream. We order coffees and brunch items. Service was slow, we asked for updates on our food a couple of times. 1 hour after we first sat down and ordered we were told the food order never made it to the restaurant. They comped our coffees and we left. One positive, the blackout blinds in the room were amazing. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

It was a very clean and well kept property, bed was comfortable .

Rooms were clean as was most of the hotel. My only complaint regarding the cleanliness of the hotel, was the carpets in the hallways were absolutely filthy. Two employees that stood out were Leeth and Dakota. They were so polite and helpful above and beyond. The mature front desk gentleman was miserable and perhaps needs a holiday. Lunch and snacks in the restaurant were very good. We didn't know there was breakfast.....

Stay here often, always great

Elevator floor dirty and hall ways. Greeted by 3 dogs lingering in the checkin area. Toilet might be too energy efficient, took 3 flushes. Restaurant is a 10, 4 great meals. Quiet even with all the dogs. Comfortable room. Room door hard to pull open I would stay again because of the restaurant
