Nuestra noche de descanso espectacular, cero ruido , la habitación súper linda, moderna con un toque de elegancia sin ser extravagante , implacable con cortinas oscuras para evitar la luz para mejor descanso fue espectacular!! Y las almohadas tienen un 12 súper confortables …y nosotros buscando más almohadas y nos dimos cuenta que habían más almohadas cuando fuimos hacer el check out! Me gustaría saber la marca para comprarlas para mi casa!! una estadía increíble!! Allí volveremos. El 10 no califica la excelencia de nuestra estadía. Gracias totales.

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the hotel made it very comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated [heated pool and the lounge to relax, the cleanliness, the location near the 15 highway, breakfast, service. There were a couple of minor aspects that could be improved, such as letting the client know that if there is anything else needed like pillows or towels, they can be foound in the bottom drawers in the front end of the bed., but they did not take away from the overall positive experience i had an amazing evening.. I chose your hotel because of its reputation, and I would genuinely love the opportunity to return in the future. If there are ever any loyalty perks, promotions, or return guest offers available, I would be very interested. Thank you again for the hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again. Beautiful decor, great location! Just too bad that service was so so, it felt like the employees were not happy to be there…. They have to assume bar service themselves! Overall the place feels off, but it’s tolerable, although a bit pricey!

I was given a room with a broken A/C so I had to transfer 2 times. Staff knew there was an issue with the A/C in the room due to a prior complaint the week before and still gave me the same room without knowing if the issue had been fixed or not. I was asked to request if I wanted to have my room cleaned instead of it being the other way around (guests requesting to NOT have their room cleaned). Not a very good experience overall with all the issues especially being a brand new hotel.

Beaucoup d'humidité dans la chambre. Goutte d'eau partout (à la grandeur)sur cadrage de fenêtres et tapis dans la chambre mouillé assez pour se mouiller les pieds 2 pieds devant la fenêtre. Chambre et salle de bain très sombre. Pour la douche et les soins de préparation comme se maquiller ça ne va pas bien mais parcontre pour dormir c'est très noir donc parfait.

The hotel itself is beautiful overall. However, it seems the room temperature cannot be controlled. The room was so humid that condensation formed on the windows, dripping onto the windowsill and leaving the floor wet along the window. We ended up sleeping in a very damp environment, and it appeared that most guests on our floor experienced the same issue. Additionally, check-in took longer than expected due to a crowded reception area with many people checking in at the same time. The morning breakfast was great!
