The property was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Facilities were in great condition and everything worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would stay here again.

The staff was extremely rude on arrival looks like they just wanna make hard time for us even we were to tired after all long day travel. Even they didn’t provide necessity equipment to open Murphy bed. Even they didn’t know how to open that.

There was no cold water in our room For a shower. Stupid boiling hot water and when we tried to control it with the handle it broke in our hands. Pretty sad for a fairly new hotel. Ordered 2 drinks from the bar and was almost $40. Wow. I was not happy. Had to move rooms at midnight and I was not impressed. Tried calling the front desk a number of times to complain and no answer Continental breakfast was not free either which made no sense
