The ads said newly renovated which was misleading because I saw now evident of renovations. Floor needed vacuuming, didn't appear that the bedding had been changed. I was so tired and exhausted from a trying hospital visit in ICU Belleville I didn't have it in me to get the owner (I think) to locate a better room for me. I won't stay there again and wouldn't recommend it.

Very dirty, we all got bit by bedbugs, room very dirty. I would never recommend this Guest in to anyone .

The staff is really accomodating and kind so welcoming

One of the worst nights of my life. Garbage smell, pretty sure the bed wasn’t changed, it has BROWN sheets and no pillow case under the sham, unsafe (no lock or security on window by bed), noisy, etc. Couldn’t sign onto Wifi. If I wasn’t so exhausted I would have fought it but after the wait to check in and the scowl I got, I decided not to lose my $200. I wish I’d slept in the car.

Had to scramble to find a hotel room during an unexpected trip. This had availability do we took a chance. Check in with the owner was great - he’s pleasant and helpful. Room was basic and clean. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot and plentiful, as was the pressure! Wish there were better soap (seemed even smaller than typically hotel offerings). The grounds were clean but are in need of an update. The only small complaint I’d have is I wish the curtains could be somehow clipped to the wall so the blackout shades could do their job. The security lights are on outside all night (which I was happy about) but I got up at 3am to use the bathroom and thought it was morning, lol. Overall a much more pleasant experience than expected!

Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor was partially swept, carpet had visible dirt on it. There is even birds flying in and out of the soffit lights just outside the room. I would never stay here again.

I drove 3 1/2 hours away to go to a wedding. I did look at reviews before I booked and they did not seem terrible. However, this place is disgusting. It was run down, musty, dirty. The carpet had was disgusting.Towels would cover a 5 year old. We had to ask about the wifi 3 times and got three different passwords none of which worked. No place to hang up clothing. I am from Toronto and I have stayed at some pretty cheap hotels , but this was the worst one. Do not waste your money staying here. This place is definitely not worth 170 taxes in. I should have stuck with my original plan and gone to the comfort inn.

This by far was one of the worst places I stayed in. Hate to be that guy that complains, but the rooms were dirty, the sheets were dirty, there was no water pressure, the guy at the front desk was likely high out of his mind. I had a 12 out shift and I arrived at the motel at 9:30pm. I was too late to complaint or find a better place. So I shut up and dealt with it, but I’m surprise a place as lousy as this one can stay in business. Do yourself a favour, spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

There was a pungent musty smell in the room, and my family and I barely slept all night.

When we finally got into the room, after figuring out how the key worked, which was not explained to us, it smelled like smoke. So, the money that we saved on the actual hotel room, we spent on odour eliminator products from Walmart, Which we did not find easily, over $40 worth of items. Other than that, we did not know how to lock the door. Luckily, another patron was there a few metres away to show us. The shower experience was a little slow. It took a while for the water to come out, and to heat up. The pressure was very low. It was not very enjoyable. There was a very small hand towel for two people. There was no garbage can in the room. The fridge was not hooked up. Other than that, the bed was quite comfortable. The location was decent in terms of other fast food restaurants around. Overall, it was not terrible, but it was not great. The person at the front desk was very nice. He did answer the phone almost every time we called. So he was helpful.

Owner did not want to ear our complaint, was just saying expedia sault. They was an over charge

Didn’t check in. Events didn’t happen. Returned home.

Okay place. I found it a bit too expensive for what it really is... Kitchen walls and dishes as well as bathroom walls would need to be a bit cleaner. Other than this, an okay option.

It’s nice motel near restaurants and rivers .
