We had a wonderful 1 night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto. Room was so clean and nice feel like home , Staff very nice and friendly, Great location.

This hotel is fairly new super clean and the service is absolutely amazing./. They have complimentary tooth brushes toothpaste, and they are generous with toilet paper . Agent Chanel was fantastic in her service. Breakfast was great and I loved that they did things in paper plates so for the family members who slept late we could ensure they still ate. I would stay here again without a thought. Clean warm and friendly housekeepers and the room was nice and internet and tv was efficient. Parking wasn't crowded at all. Thanks Hampton!!

Staff is always very pleasant and go out of their way to help with anything we need. The room was very clean, breakfast was great and parking is good.

I like the hotel everything but the reception lady . I asked for bottle of a water. She told me you only can crap once from beginning when you check in , but I did not grab water bottle because I have from my car . Second day when I asked the receptionist about bottle of water she is said we only give you when you coming otherwise you have to pay for the water . I don’t mind to pay for shopping water but this is only time be treat for the hotel room water . So wired !

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks to pick from. The hotel was pretty clean and relatively updated. However, details of the spaces were not all up kept perfectly missing buttons on the headboard, shower head not installed properly. We were excited about the pool which we did use. However the chlorine level was very high. Our skin was very irritated, eye irritation and jewelry was discoloured. We notified the staff but assured us it was being monitored and shrugged it off
