The whole experience was delightful. Staff were amazing, tentative, polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and inviting. I love that there is always coffee available at the check in desk. There is lots of parking and they are located in a nice area. Our room was located just off the elevator on the 2nd floor and the window was short and the view was of the roof. All though this wasn’t the “best” view it wasn’t a deal breaker. Maybe, if you are booking a room ask for a full window with a view. I still give it 5 STARS. 😊

The hotel itself was fine however the noise in the hotel made it very difficult to get any rest. There were people running the hallways and jumping until all well past 2am and it started again very early the next morning. The hotel did very little to stop it and when I asked for follow up the next morning none was provided. I understand they cannot control the behaviour of their guests however a move to a new room, or some sort of accommodation would have been appreciated.

Overall, the hotel is nice. I booked queen beds but the beds seem a bit small to me. I like the gym and pool. The breakfast is great and the staff are nice and helpful.

The room was clean and spacious. Lots of room for accessibility. Would appreciate large print for the tv guide and any other printed materials. We needed a pen and paper and there wasn’t any in the room.
