Holiday Inn HINTON by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is having a refurbishment so hard to comment on a lot of stuff. But if you want a cheaper alternative to staying in Jasper this is definitely worth it. Rooms clean neat and tidy staff helpful and a bonus to have breakfast.

The room was huge and very well equipped. We had lots of privacy and quiet during our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

The renovated rooms here are beautiful! They did a great job. Fun pool too.

We were very lucky and stayed on a weekend when there were barely any other guests! Because of this, it was absolutely amazing. We had the entire pool to ourselves (it's a great pool!). We ate by ourselves during breakfast (so peaceful!). The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had one very small issue during our stay. Both the "Shampoo" and "Conditioner" containers in the shower were filled with shampoo. I texted them to let them know and literally 5 minutes later, someone showed up at our door with a conditioner bottle! Such great service.

We were impressed by the breakfast and how comfortable the beds were. I also was impressed with the bathroom in the room. It was very bright and clean.

Stayed March 17 and 18. The hotel is currently under renovation however we had no issues. Our room faced the highway but I did not experience issue with sound. The beds were awesome. So comfortable. I would stay here again.

There’s no elevator to the second floor. Rec centre was under construction. I give it a 3.5 star hotel.

Considering the hotel was under construction, our stay was clean and quiet. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was also the best we've seen; a refreshing stay. We'll be back!

Very accommodating & staff Lisa was very nice.

Our hotel room was broken into while we were in the pool. The key cards did not work to enter the room when we returned from the pool. Staff said that’s because someone’s in the room and has the door locked. The window was broken into and we had several items stolen. Police came and did a report. The hotel management guaranteed us that our stay was fully compensated, however days later they emailed denying that there was a break in as well as that our property was stolen and reinstated the charges for the room and threatened to make us also responsible for the damages to the window if we proceeded any further. Report has been filed with the BBB.

Great stay! Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

Even though there was construction going on throughout most of the hotel, we had a great stay regardless! Staff were very accommodating, room was great, and the facilities were enjoyed by all!
