The place was amazing. The hotel and room were clean. The pool is a great commodity, along with the free breakfast. So many services are offered in this hotel. Will be coming back for sure.

Hotel had all the facilities you could need, clean, spacious and friendly and helpful staff. We have d a very comfortable stay. We knew it was close to a large highway so noise was expected, and got used to it.

While the hotel itself is generally good, our experience with Linda at the front desk completely ruined our stay.
The hotel in general is good, but Linda the front desk treated us unfairly. She told me that she is the manager and she lied.
She eas treating us badly and discriminating us. Very bad person.

We’ve been traveling to Montreal 3 or 4 times a year to visit family and work, and have stayed in many hotels, but this was the first time we’ve ever felt so unwelcome. While the hotel itself is generally good, our experience with Laura at the front desk completely ruined our stay.
Laura treated us unfairly just because we are not from Quebec. She spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, asking us to remove our food from the barbecue to make space for another family from Quebec. The way she approached us was not only unprofessional but felt clearly discriminatory.

The hotel was lovely. Walking distance to a lot of shopping. Close to highway for easy access. The staff were amazing. The pool was warm and very clean. I would stay here again.
