Great costumer service. Staff checked in multiple times during stay to be sure everything as ok. Breakfast was good and a little different each morning. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast is good but Old rooms, poor customary service, unclean. We were not compensated for any of the issues either.

Unfortunately we hit renovations and we were obviously staying in a room not yet renovated. We had family members staying in the higher floors that had been renovated and looked quite nice. Our room was worn out but was really spacious as we had a two bedroom suite.

Breakfast was good. Surprisingly they don't offer hand or body lotion at this location. Disappointed of our room due to the curry smell that lasted until we check out. Receptionist was so helpful.

Staff was excellent, breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and large .

The property was quite expensive- as all things are these days. But we arrived- there was a kids hockey tournament or something which I understand is hard for the hotel to control but there was food on all the carpet on the way to our room. Literally looked like there had been a food fight. The room had dust on multiple surfaces- picture frames, lights, and lamps. The linen was all yellowed as if it had been there for decades. The furniture was used and frayed. The bed 2/10 comfort. The pool was closed and was the only reason we chose this hotel- the one across the street at the sister property? Closed too. Overall just so disappointing. Just not what I would expect after paying almost $300 to access the room for less than 24 hours.

Always hreat service. Very friendly and proud workers. They all take care of you like they own the place and want you to come back

The hotel was under construction. The rooms were dated and the halls dark. It didn’t ever safe and not at all inviting. The area is very industrial and not nice for walking. We left after a couple of nights for a better option and the hotel charged us a ton to cancel. I won’t stay here again for sure!

The staff were really helpful but the room was a bit old and needed a deep clean. The carpet seemed like it was needing steam cleaned or replaced

Nice clean rooms with upgraded bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Great rates too.

Stayed with kids. Even with renovations underway our stay was awesome.
