Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking was a bit of a struggle if checking in at night. There were no spots in the loading zone but during the day it was much smoother.

I have stayed at location before it is a fantastic spot close to Old Montreal, St Catherines and in the heart of Montreal this time I even took the express bus from the airport that drops you off across the street very convenient. Would stay there again!!!

The hotel is really well situated and the staff are professional and kind. There is no free parking available, so if you’re arriving by car and need a place to park, you will need to use the valet service or park in the public parking nearby.
