Most memorable place on our cross country journey. There is so much history in the older Inn. You can just imagine its story. Donny gives you a tour and explains the history of the Inn and of the town. Very clean.

Très bel hôtel avec une cour intérieure incroyable! Le tout se corse dans la chambre à coucher très vieillotte et peu entretenue. Le summum de la déception a été au niveau du lit. Je peux pas croire qu’on laisse des gens coucher sur ce type de matelas inconfortable, avec des ressorts qui s’assurent de rendre ton sommeil désastreux. Est-ce qu’il y a des chambres omis récentes? Je l’ignore mais avec le peu de clients qu’il y avait cette nuit là (5 véhicules tout au plus), ils auraient pu s’assurer qu’on aille le goût de revenir. Malheureusement, cet hôtel sera rayé de notre prochain séjour, c’est bien beau la piscine et le spa mais notre priorité quand on prend un hôtel c’est d’avoir au minimum un bon lit.

Really nice welcoming, with fast and clear indications. However, our room was really dusty and dirty, the bathroom being the worst. Beds are ok, but definitely not the type of mattress ! There are also a pool at the midle of the building ( a sort of inner courtyard), that produces a chlorine smell as soon as you enter in the hotel.

Le staff d'entretien parlent fort dans les corridors même tôt le matin alors que nous dormons, les portes de chambres n'ont pas de grains et claquent, vieux tapis tachés et moisissures dans les joints du bain. Mais tout etait propre et le personnel est très courtois.

Suite à une très mauvaise expérience avec un autre Hôtel de la région, nous avons réservé ici à la dernière minute et quelle belle surprise!! Nous avons été recu avec un service à la clientèle au delà des attentes! La piscine était magnifique, propre et il y avait des serviettes pour toute la famille. Le spa était bien ,cependant, les jets ne fonctionnaient pas lors de notre passage. La chambre était propre et spacieuse! Nous avons profité du restaurant de l'hôtel et avons bien aimé nos repas! Je tiens à souligner le Monsieur à l'accueuil et la Dame du restaurant qui avaient une joie de vivre contagieuse!! C'était magnifique de voir le Monseur danser à l'accueuil et plus tard au restaurant! Merci d'avoir sauver notre séjour à Robervale! Prochaine visite nous réserverons directement ici sans faute!
