This is the second time we stayed here, both nights we came in late but never had to wait at the desk, staff were there and quickly got us into the room. This time we got a fully renovated room and it was lovely.

Room was occupied by another guest. It was dirty. They figured out the issue. They gave me another room which was also dirty. They seems to be out of control. Hotel was not clean. I will not go there again.

Comme cet hôtel n'a pas de climatisation, nous voulions ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir de l'air frais, mais le loquet était brisé et nous empêchait d'ouvrir. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Il restait une seule chambre de disponible et il y avait le même problème. Nous avons donc demandé à être remboursé. Le gérant de l' hôtel a accepté et nous a dit que le remboursement serait effectué dans les jours suivants par Expédia. Cependant, Expédia ne nous a pas rembouré le total de la facture. Il nous a remboursé seulement 80% de la facture. Je suis vraiment décue. Pas certaine que j'utiliserai Expédia dans le futur....

Excellent lit, belle vue sur le fleuve et propreté irréprochable.. Le principal bémol est un salon de vidéo poker à même le lobby de l'hôtel qui attire une clientèle de fumeurs aux différentes portes d'accès. L'insonorisation est perfectible.et notre chambre (118) était située de telle sorte que la clientèle devait passer devant notre porte. Ces inconvénients étaient en partie compensés par une deuxième porte donnant sur notre espace de stationnement extérieur et face à la mer.
