Great location, stunning property and views. Accessible to the village and just so convenient with kids and young families. Will be staying here whenever we return to Whistler. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The staff is also wonderful!

This was our 3 time staying at this hotel and it was very nice. We did end up with a ground floor suite facing the pool but it wasn't too busy as we are still at the beginning of summer so it was OK. The hotel and pool were quite, clean, and relaxing. My only complaint would be the second bedroom. It was supposed to have 2 single beds but the room was arranged with the beds pushed together like a king size with night tables on either side and our boys did not appreciate that as they wanted a little more space from each other.

The check in person was rude and not welcoming. The room had a strong smell of bacon, it was uncomfortable to sleep with that oddor. The towels were old and grimy. This hotel have been decreasing its standards, it used to be a very nice hotel but not anymore, the building and rooms need an upgrade.
