There was a power outage from 4pm to 10 pm

the "chateau" section rooms are really nice. Otherwise, please ask for a renovated room for a good deal.

J'ai apprécié mon séjours au manoir des sables. Les chambres étaient adéquates, l'hôtel était propre. Le buffet déjeuner (payant) était bien également. C'était une bonne option même si ce n'Est pas tout a fait au goût du jour.

The hotel itself was good. My room was great. I had a room with a fireplace and they provided a log- so that was really nice. I especially chose this hotel because of the jacuzzi- so I was really looking forward to that. The jacuzzi and pool area were really nice. The problem arose when a group of children came to the pool area. Apparently every weekend, this hotel takes in hockey groups- which they don’t mention anywhere before booking. Once I checked in for the room, then they sent me an email with this message: “Please note that the hotel occupancy during the weekends is mainly from groups and hockey teams. It means noisier and more clients using our facilities. So, complaints are not accepted.” So the jacuzzi area, which has a sign stating that it’s a quiet area outside, was loud- very loud, with a bunch of kids playing and yelling. No adults around and I wasn’t allowed to complain since they said so “after” I booked. That should be mentioned before people book- no after. Not everyone is interested in hearing screaming children. I have a child too- I took a weekend getaway for myself and expected to get a bit of peace and quiet for a day. So that was an expected disappointment.

L’hôtel est beau et bien situé. La piscine et le spa sont très agréables. Cependant les serviettes de piscine sont trop petites. La chambre est spacieuse et les lits sont confortables. L’insonorisation est à améliorer, car on entendait la télévision et les voix des occupants de la chambre voisine. La communication aussi serait à améliorer. Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu de l’information sur le petit-déjeuner mais le lendemain la personne à la réception a dit que le restaurant était fermé. Heureusement nous avons trouvé une autre option pas loin, parce qu'autrement nous aurions eu du retard pour notre rendez-vous. En général nous avons apprécié l’expérience et nous y retournerions si l’occasion se présentait.

The restaurant wasn’t open. The room could need a little revamp. But for the Price I would go again.

Staff was courteous and check in was seem less.

Propreté des lieux, courtoisie du personnel, installations piscine et spas très agréable pour toute la famille.

Not trustable hotel

Very clean, quiet and spacious room; comfortable beds; very safe place and area; breakfast had great options for vegetarians. Overall, would recommend it to my friends and will stay again myself.

I loved the view I had of the water! So beautiful and they were so hospitable!

The smoke detector low battery alert sounded repeatedly at 4:00 am and they didn't have replacement batteries in stock so they made us move to a different room at 4:00 am.

We didn’t eat at the hotel. Tried to have breakfast but it was under staffed. The room was pretty dated and in need of renovation. I will say I thought it was a great value for the price paid. I would most likely pay more to stay somewhere different if we return to the area. The staff was excellent.
