There was no one in the office I couldn't check in had to call hotels.com to get me another room it was truly awful. The motel looked run down sketchy dodgy from the outside.

Not much to like about this property, especially for $166.00 a night! Our 'deluxe' room had 2 double beds, comfortable enough, kitchen and bathroom probably 60 years old, an illegal plug in the bathroom, old rackety windows, needs to be freshly painted. No plug in the bathroom (except the illegal one with barely any power) - (my husband is an electrician). Didn't turn on the tv so don't know about that

Reserved this place online but upon arrival rooms we're small, dirty and horrible. I did not accept the conditions, definitely not for the price they charged us. They forced us to pay half the price for the night for the cancellation, and after an ugly discussion I walked away with 'fine, as long as I don't need to stay here. Upon return to Holland it turned out they in fact booked the full price on this place! I would seriously advice you to go elsewhere.

Très bien positionné, proche de la plage de Maria . New Richmond et centre ville de Carleton accessibles en 5 minutes en auto. Propre et tranquille. La cuisinette (basique) était un plus .Vielle construction mais…encore debout… Rapport qualité /prix , assez cher.

Nous avons du rester dans une roulotte car l’hôtel n’avait pas réservé la chambre. Il n’y avait aucune chambre de disponible et aucun autre hôtel de disponible autour. Belle vue de en face de l’hôtel .. mais hôtel à éviter

Salle de bain qui n'est pas bien lavé: trace sur le miroir, sur le robinet et surtout la douche qui signifie que c'est mal lavé. Salle de bain négligé. Toile d'araignée dans les coins de murs laissant sous entendre que l'aspirateur a été négligé. Oreiller humide et qui a l'odeur d'humidité ainsi qu'un cheveux trouvé sur les oreillés. Perce oreille retrouvé dans la chambre sur les rideaux. Heureusement que nous avons apporté nos draps pour dormir ainsi qu'un produit nettoyant afin de prendre une douche dans une installation propre. Ce qui est néanmoins positif c'est le service reçus par la dame à l'accueil qui nous as rendu service avant d'arriver.
