Check-in after hours took about 20 min, but was straightforward. I suspect it would have been quick had I arrived during office hours.
The instructions for buying parking I received ahead of time didn't work. However, there was a QR code to scan at the check-in desk that worked fine, even after hours.
The fitness centre is the Mount Royal University Recreation Centre. It cost me $13 for the day, after the discount for staying in the residences. Fantastic facility - full gym, pool, even a rock wall (though I'm not sure if you can get certified to use it in a couple days - I didn't check). Bring a lock and a towel.
The Wi-Fi was super-fast - at least as good as I get at home.

Bed was hard, being a college they should of said that it was going to be a shared commons area and two bed per room. I was shocked to see that I was sharing a bathroom and the common kitchenette. Sharing the bathroom was the worst thing. I felt a bit trapped in my own little room.

On the website it said “hotel” but it really was a dome for students not really a hotel the bed was very stiff I woke up in the middle of the night with back and neck pain so I left the “hotel”

Residence had 4 bedrooms with shared accommodation. We rented 2 bedrooms. The other 2 rooms were rented out to another group which were noisy at 12 am (midnight). The other noisy group were using shared accommodations at Midnight.
The shared accommodation had a tv that was not hooked up, tv was unplugged and was not connected to wall connections. Cables were in cabinet.
