The property is in new condition. However, the house keeping did not mop the floors, so hairs throughout the bathroom and the room floor. The ocean view is nice but you see a townhouse construction before you see the ocean view. Would be nice to provide more bathroom amenities like Qtips, shower cap and etc.
Almost $40 CAD resort fee/day is expensive because we did not use any of the facilities

This is THE BEST place to stay in Campbell River. If you travel with pets, they could not make you and your furry friend feel more at home. The inside and out are stunning, amazing food, bar, hot tub, pool- DREAM stay and location. Could not recommend more.

Some of the alleged outside service in garden pergola areas, supposed to have bar service, after 20 minutes we left no service at all.
Did room service meal, burger and fries myself, husband had a supposedly brisket sandwich, meat was so tough and leathery and thin and dry he was not impressed, we left a note with food, server and delivery was great , poor follow thru. In kitchen, no response from them

A bit noisy if you stay on the top floor. Air conditioners etc were noisy and we were quite a bit away in 505.

This is a totally new resort on a golf course. Rooms and facilities are “ top shelf”. Ultra clean with very user friendly nuances to rooms. Staff very friendly and eager to help. Free EV charging
