Very nice place in good location. we walked everywhere it was just 8 mins to rogers centre and 22 mins to Ont. Place. Shopping was just 5 to 7 min walk. Had a great view over looking lake Ont. because we had a condo we couldn't rate service.

Overall is good though the check-in day was not as smooth due to the flood in the lobby, lifts are not working and room was not able to be cleaned from the previous stay. The customer support is responsive and room was cleaned on the 2nd day of my stay. By the way, the Apple TV remote don't seems to work as well. I do like the environment and the unit.

It was difficult to receive visitors in this condo because there was no receptionist. The washing machine was broken. The couch did not open up into a sleeper. The TV only had Netflix so I could not watch the news. On the positive side, the view was great. They did not advertise how good the location is, with a grocery store and several restaurants just around the corner. All in all, it was a good value for the price. They just need to correct some things on their Expedia posting.

I thought I was making reservations for a hotel and it ended up being Condos. When I got there the lobby staff said they had no affiliation with NGE. When I tried to call NGE they told me to leave a number and they would get back with me within the next 24 hours. It turns out I apparently was suppose to go over 2 doors pick up a fob from a lock box in that hotel and go back to the one I thought I booked. I just put this up as an expensive lesson. Maybe if I was going to stay a week but I was only going to stay 2 nights.

A great stay if you dont mind dealing with picking up and dropping off fob. Good instructions to check in and out. Ideal for a week stay for a couple. GreAt view. (There is no hotel staff hence the mediocre ratting in this category.)

I could not get the TV to work just static and the burners to stove would not come on. tried asking friends to help no one could. this made cooking which is why i booked such a stay not perfect, so I left food for the cleaning lady. Other wise I was very happy.
