No front desk staff at times, price doesnt reflect amenities, no spa, no pool, fitness centre was small, no lounge/bar. Views from the room were great. Rooms were excellently appointed, very clean, and state of the art. Overall excellent, however overpriced without any amenities.

Lovely boutique luxury hotel. Gorgeous room with awesome views over Lake Ontario. The service was great; such a shame that there is nowhere in the hotel to eat lunch unless you want room service.

Nobu was the hotel of choice for me and my husband's 10th wedding anniversary, and the Nobu team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us celebrate the occasion. We enjoyed a lovely suite with city and lake views, a complimentary snack bar in the room, and plenty of hospitality from the hotel staff. We couldn't have picked a better hotel for such a special celebration!
