A great deal of dog and goose poop on the property. Many people smoking tobacco and weed on the property. Very outdated. Ie no towels racks, only one electrical outlet. I do like Friendly people, beautiful scenery, easy to access off the highway

We were very happy at the location of the hotel in Blind River. We could walk across the street to a great restaurant & there is a park beside property with a sand beach.

Room was clean. Not a great TV Channel Selection. Lights from other units shining in the room all night, need blackout curtains. Had to fill in my address and other information when checking (all this was provided when I made the reservation). Also had to write down my Driver's License number on the form; I find this very unusual. Still waiting for my receipt which I need ASAP..

Room was filthy and disgusting. I opened the door and about 10 garbage flies came flying out. If it was so late and already booked through Expedia I would have just left but almost 175 dollars later. I didn't sleep and left as soon as it started to get light out wouldn't even shower in that old moldy bathroom. Wish I could give it a 0 star rating

Some repairs begin but not painted. Basic accommodations but clean and good value for the money. The best parts were the lovely check in lady and the view and sound of the river.

Room was clean, needs a little updating and some screws need tightening. Staff was great in accommodating our needs. Love that it was pet friendly. Close to restaurants and situated in a lovely setting overlooking the lake and brook. Relatively quiet. I would stay here again.

Total dump. Expedia shouldn't have this motel on their website if they want any kind of reputation. Paid for 2 nights stayed one place was too dirty to stay 2nd night. Other rooms smelled like bug spray and had exposed wiring. Our room was dirty, had long hair on towels, stained sheets, a loose toilet that literally wasn't fastened to floor, stains on the curtains and a super bright exterior light to keep you up all night. Paid 150 per night wasn't worth 50.

the room was small and the upstairs shower drained in my tub - totally inacceptable and disguisting. There was noise till 3:10 am making it impossible to sleep and i did NOT feel safe at all. It was a horrible experience.

The room was relatively clean but very old and dingy. The tub and shower area had mold around the top of it but the hot water was plentiful. The beds were not terribly comfortable. There was no screen on the window. There was absolutely nowhere to get any food as all the restaurants are closed and even Tim Hortons was under renovation. The most positive thing would be the beautiful falls and water at the back of the property.
