From being greeted by the doorman to the smooth check in - our stay was perfect! We loved being able to check our bags so we could explore Vancouver before our hotel checkin and then check them again while we attended the Canucks game! Picking them up on our way to the hullo was seamless. All the staff we interacted with were courteous and welcoming. We usually stay closer to the arena but we will be switching to your hotel for our future downtown Vancouver stays.

Very clean, staff was amazing. There is an espresso maker, no brewed coffee, that was a treat! The rooms are so quiet, we didn't hear anyone around us. Love this hotel.

Hotel was very beautiful, my room was given up without staff trying to contact me for a no show, as I was a late check in due to flight delays, but I received a text that I was already checked in and good to go so I thought it was okay, until I arrived and was informed otherwise. Was very disappointed in that. But over all stay was great, staff were super friendly, food was super delicious. Would stay again, but recommend staff try contact the person before labelling as a no show.

Room was clean but elevators were not. Towel in room had a hole in it. I could look past this but there was a billing issue which was not properly communicated, resulting in an unexpected charge PLUS, a mouse scurrying around the floor of the Coal Harbour bistro/bar whilst I dined, made this sray entirely unpleasant.
