From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every detail of my stay was made exceptional by the incredible staff and their outstanding hospitality. At the front desk, Matt immediately stood out. His professionalism, patience, and kindness made check-in seamless and stress-free. He didn’t just process my stay, he genuinely welcomed me, and his attentive manner carried through every interaction afterward. It’s rare to find someone who can make a large luxury hotel feel so personal, but Matt absolutely achieved that. At the front door, Nicholas was always there with a warm smile, genuine energy, and readiness to assist. Whether it was simply greeting me or helping with directions and transport, he consistently made me feel valued and cared for. His presence truly set a welcoming tone every time I entered or left the hotel. The concierge team deserves special recognition—particularly Vanessa and Erica. They are a true asset to the Park Hyatt. Not only were they highly knowledgeable about Toronto, but they took the time to understand my needs and preferences, going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experiences during my visit. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their professionalism was matched with a personal warmth that made every interaction a joy. I will absolutely return and would recommend the Park Hyatt Toronto.

When we arrived at 1230 our rooms werent ready which was fine. When they still werent ready at the 3pm, the check in time, this really began to affect our trip. We didnt end up getting a room until 5:36 pm. We were given no explanation which left us frustrated and annoyed.

Rooms were nice that was it.we had issues from the moment we arrived to the check out today. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL FOR WHAT WE PAID FOR 2 ROOMS.Service was so rude and lept giving us the run sround at check in.Came from Florida 3 guests went ck jn we were there 120pm realize rooms woukdnt be ready.So they text when rooms ready we go back to hotel get keys and turns out 1 room ready other room not.Webt to iur ready room all 4 of us and waited there for other toom be ready now frint desk said whn i asjed if can be same floor said no i am sorry their room will be on 9th floor wheb ready. Ok i said the. 340pm finally guy knoxks on room we in says heres jeys for other room NOW it no longer on 9th floor they are on same flopr as us totally didnt get same type room as us!!! Also rooms suppose be abke ck in 3pm so we called down front desk as they say oh we will gice u 4 people 1 free drink each at our writers bar on 17th floor so we go up there at 1030pm got the run around and waiter finally took ohr drink order 20 min later and the best we receivwd our drinks at 1120pm this was almost hour since we arrived waiter says og bat tender backeduo.seriiusky was wirst aervice ever thank god this was a complimentary drink whuch had to fo on iur room abd at checj iut u ask them to remove it which was crazy..Our friends visiting couksbt vekieve the hassles we had from this hotel
