I had a great stay at Ramada Hotel Laval. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming, kind, and professional from check-in to check-out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially with the fact that I only speak English. The room was clean and renovated, and was very comfortable. I will absolutely stay at this location again It is well worth the money

The room was not was i expected. it was much larger then the picture and the washroom was absolutely clean and spacious. It seemed to be a new hotel and very well maintained.

Room wasn’t cleaned well at all, hair in the sink and around the toilet, bugs and dust around the baseboards. Half a used roll of toilet paper ontop of the toilet bowl. Front door had no working lock at all, tv remote was finally found under the mattress (??) I took videos to show the reception and they promptly changed my room.

Beds and pillows need update. There was no housekeeping in the 5 day stay at this hotel. We had to keep the room clean despite dirty entranceway due to bad snowy slushy weather. Also, had to empty the garbage and ask for supplies a few times.

staff was ok but room sucked big time 14 celcius when i got in could only get temperature to 17 very cold room was not like the picture on expedia to be honest very outdated probably the worst i ever had
