Few options in Miramichi drives the prices high. I stayed a month and a half, without much choice. Ants in first room. No sidewalks on roads near it, and not close to much. Breakfast was good, but few options. Beds were great. Staff very nice. One evening there was a gathering outside my pation window of drunk loud people which made it difficult to sleep. A few other nights were interrupted by very loud transport trucks parking behind the window. Wifi is not reliable, which made business difficult to conduct while away.

I liked that it was on the edge of town and quiet, close to Superstore and highways. Staff member was fast checking me in and very helpful. Clean, spacious bathroom. I appreciated the freezer in the fridge. I liked the ground floor room with parking outside my door. The air conditioner did not work. It needs to be updated with a modern unit. Road behind the building needs to be repaved. Carpeting kept the room quiet. The alarm clock may be better placed on the bathroom side of the bed.

The rooms on the first floor are completely infested with ants. There really was a lot in the room and even my suitcases were full of ants. Really disappointed with the reaction of the hotel who told me not to be aware...

Room was fabulous. Recently updated and it showed. However the staff couldn’t figure out how to change the batteries in the lock before we left and so we had to get help every time we wanted to go into our room. As a wheelchair user, the property is an accessibility dumpster fire. There were 40 mm gaps between the concrete and the asphalt. There was only one accessible parking space despite dozens of overall parking spaces. The curb cut was nowhere near that accessible parking space, it was all the way down at the end where people had patio furniture out, so I couldn’t even use it. Only about 25% of the breakfast seating could support a wheelchair user. None of it had wheelchair stickers so it was all taken, and I had to wait for someone to leave then move. The serving stuff was way too high and I’m almost 6 feet tall. I’ve got the longest arms of any woman I know, and it was still too high for me, which forced me to ask for help, which I hate doing. “Pet friendly” so lots of yapping in the middle of the night. Love the room comfort but there is more to a good stay than just that for a disabled person.
