Everything was great. Minor nit pick, I had washed my car the previously night before check in and when I left the next morning they had maintenance workers with leaf blowers blowing out winter sand and my car was covered in dust.

The only issue I had was I booked a room with a city view and when I checked in they gave us a room with another view and wanted to charge us more for the city view.
I double checked the reservation and I had booked the city room view
Disappointed with this. Other than that this Hotel is my preferred choice when visiting Kamloops
