Amazing breakfast, wonderful accommodations. Will definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by our hostess. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and decorated in a cheerful manner. The morning breakfast was serviced in a communal kitchen area. Unfortunately it could have been warmer. I used the microwave to bring it back up to temperature. The one area of confusion was the laundry service, there was none. I asked for it and with reluctance we did get our bed made and fresh towels provided. The suite was conveniently located close to all the important sites in Kelowna that we wanting see which made the stay relaxing.

Owner was lovely. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast good. Lots of restaurants around area. Quiet neighbourhood. Very professionally run Really appreciated packed breakfast when we had to leave early one morning.

This property is immaculate; the host quickly attended to a problem we had with the TV remote; the breakfast was wonderful. It would be nice to have spent more time talking with the host; had we not had a problem with the remote we may not have seen her at all. But overall, the experience was wonderful.

Beautiful views

Very welcoming with a nice surprise of a bottle of wine to welcome us. Clean, new and comfortable! The views were stunning from the deck area.. looking out o er Westbank and so relaxing. We would absolutely book there again!!! We have already recommended this place to friends

Elizabeta was a wonderful host and provided an excellent breakfast before our departure. Great view of Okanagan Lake from the guest patio. Only had time to stay one night, but hope to return for a longer stay

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing and very convenient location, close to many wineries and local shops. The property was very clean and spacious.

It was a great stay! The room was beautiful, and the host even packed us a breakfast because we were going to be out the door before the usual breakfast serving time!

Nice view of the Lake in the distance. There are a washer and dryer for use if needed and a full kitchen with a fridge with dedicated shelves for each room (A, B and C) and the bathroom had a hairdryer. Outdoor seating as well for a nice breakfast on the patio in the summertime. Entrance is separate around the back for private comings and goings. Other lodgers were there and everyone was friendly and respectful of the common kitchen space. breakfast was out by 8:30am every day. Host also was able to accommodate me bringing my bike and let me store it in the garage. She was always available by text so I could let her know when I needed to get it out. Netflix was on the TV for movies etc… There was a welcome note with a bottle of wine when I arrived. I travelled alone and felt safe there.

Our room was very new, clean and comfortable. The room opens up into a shared kitchen and dining space without a hallway or separation for sound for 3 suites to share. There was a tenant staying for a lengthy time therefore was making all his meals in the kitchen. He was busy in there at times and one night late. He was very nice, but definitely not the feel I was expecting. The breakfast is basic continental and did the job, but not luxurious like some bed and breakfasts. The outdoor space is also all shared. If you're looking a clean, bright place to sleep it's great. If you're looking for any sort of privacy or romance, it is not the place. It did the trick. The owner was nice and followed up to ensure our stay was going well.
