There is no elevator at this hotel, so if you have a disability or difficulty with stairs, you may want to stay elsewhere. The bedding was dirty in the first room we were given. We called the front desk, they came up with keys for a different room, took pictures of the dirty bedding and said management would be informed. The bedding in the second room was also dirty; I went to the front desk and asked for clean bedding and remade the bed myself, as there are no housekeeping staff on in the evening. The shower was dirty, as well as, the back of the washroom/shower room. door. We were booked to stay again on our return trip to Vancouver, however, decided given our earlier experience, cancelled our stay and drove straight through to home to avoid another night at this hotel. We were charged for the second night and had no follow up from the hotel concerning our first nights stay.

The room was clean. The pool was ice cold great for a polar bear plung. The hot tub was ok, not hot like I would expect but ok. Breakfast was a very basic continental breakfast . The gentlemen at the desk was Great very helpful, informative and kind..the room cleaners were also very nice.

As to be expected for a cheap hotel. Walls are thin. McDonald’s truck parked outside our room mat of the night running.. that was annoying. Someone’s room kept beeping at 5am. Rooms are adequate. Pool and hottub are old and look it.
