Excellent personal service as soon as we arrived. Front desk arranged our valet seamlessly and the check in was efficient, staff were all very friendly. It’s a beautiful hotel. So many little details in the room and hallways. Definitely met and exceeded our expectations!

The hotel itself is beautiful and a great place to stay for a one night stay-cation.
My wife and I were attending a Christmas party close to downtown and chose to make a night of it with our stay at the Dorian.
We were disappointed that when we arrived at 4 o'clock for check-in that the hotel was unable to accommodate us with our selected room as they had a lot of late check-outs that day and did not have a room cleaned and ready yet. We had to wait close to an hour before a room was made available to us, shortening the time that we had to get ready for our Christmas party. It's unfortunate that the hotel was unable to manage the requests for late check-out effectively, knowing how many guests would be checking in, and ensure that those new guests were not negatively impacted on their arrival. I would expect that type of service from a Michelin Key ratred hotel.
