Unfortunately this hotel did nothing but disappoint. I was extremely excited when I drove in with the location. Then I was charged $20 a night extra for parking in an underground parking lot that scared me but ok, this is a tourist area. Walked into our room and it was so ruined down I wanted to leave the same night. With tired kids I decided to wait until the next day. The next day i spoke to the supervisor and that was very disappointing. The female supervisor that came in that morning stated “the cosmetics in the room should not affect your stay”! Wow.. our family traveled here and this is not what we expected. Broken curtains, damaged walls, patched up walls, dirty bathrooms drains /curtains and being awaken every single time our neighbors used the bathroom.

The property is beautiful however there are some needed fixes to keep it updated. The four poster bed frames were very loose. There were nails in different walls throughout the room. The lighting in the bathroom was poor and there was no mirror in the room so that one person could finish getting ready while the other was in the bathroom. There was only 1 hanger. Parking on site is minimum (7 spots). Otherwise you have to park across the street in the municipal parking lot but have to be out of there by 8 AM.

The staff here are great and easily walked me through the check-in process. However, the building itself needs some upgrades/work as it seems high traffic. The room was spacious but "jacuzzi" tub didnt work - no jets worked. Breakfast was great, but we paid $100 for family of four - we will go to a buffet tomorrow.

We stayed here for one night and paid around $100, which was a very good price for the area. Overall, we had a good experience and felt that the hotel offered good value for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot for a couple of hours after checkout so we could explore the area and buy souvenirs. That was a very nice gesture. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only things we didn’t really like were the beds—they were quite small, and the bedding was tucked in so tightly that it was difficult to pull the blanket out and sleep comfortably. We also used the pool and sauna. The sauna was nice, but the pool was quite cold, and the pool area could have been cleaner. People were walking in directly from outside wearing their shoes, so the floor didn’t feel very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It isn’t a luxury hotel, but for the price we paid, it was a good choice.

The staff was disrespectful, and they didn’t listen to any of my requests for more towels. I was told that I would be receiving a refund for my second night, but when I asked Expedia about this they said they hadn’t heard anything from the hotel. Expedia then had to get in contact with the Falls Inn and get the refund for me. The toilet was also coming out of the ground whenever I would use it in room 223.
