Room was clean and updated. The check-in was smooth and fast. The room had a full-size refrigerator / freezer, but no ice. Quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.

The front door to the hotel doesn’t even open properly and the walls in the hotel room and bathroom were very dirty. But, the gentleman working the front desk was polite.

The property was recently updated (less than 10 years) but it’s grimy. Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.
Pink / black mould in the shower grout, walls are grimy, dusty AF baseboards. Hallways to the rooms are definitely not vacuumed often.
As well as the pillows are older and the beds are hard. Older beds that are grooved from previous guests.

Room furnished nicely, but found furniture quite dusty and walls surrounding the bathroom sink covered with lots of dirty stains. Poor sound proofing, can hear next door TV sound clearly.

Well maintained property and good housekeeping. The appliances like refrigerator and TV are good. They even provide Roku TV. Utensils for the kitchenette were clean and in good condition. The only downside is poor sound proofing. One can hear sounds from the adjacent rooms. This may impact the quality your sleep.
