The check in was horrible, I kept ringing the door bell and calling the numbers at the door for over 30 minutes, when someone answered, she told me she was gonna send someone over amd that took 15 minutes, it wouldn't be as bad if I didn't have to wait outside in - 17 degrees weather.

I was so shocked that there wasn’t even a blanket in the room. I’ve never seen that before. I think it’s very unprofessional. You can always provide a blanket. There was a sheet and everything else, but no blanket. I had to cover myself with my own jacket.

I had to park 4 blocks away and walk. You can see the hallway light through my closed room door. There's a smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector outside my room that keeps beeping every 19 seconds so im assuming it needs a battery. The pillows are paper thin. The room was booked for 2 people but we have 1 towel. The shower has hooks where the shower curtain goes but NO SHOWER CURTAIN. The person upstairs has been dragging furniture around all night. Its currently 430am and I have YET TO SLEEP. My daughter was hit by another car while driving on the 401 from London ON to North Bay where she's attending university. A lady lost control of her car and hit my daughters car on passenger side and pushed her into cement median. Her car had to be towed. As it was after 8pm by the time the police and tow truck got her to collision ctr and all car rentals were closed until Mon morning we had to stay overnight in Toronto. Im her mom and drove from London to the accident on 401 when my daughter called me. Im explaining this to you because after a very stressful evening we just wanted to come back to a room, shower, eat and go to bed. Well, we can't even do that. Between the beeping every 19 seconds from smoke alarm, the upstairs person dragging furniture around floor, the paper thin pillow this is by far the worst stay I have ever had and I have one a significant amount of traveling
