During checkin we were told the elevator and the pool were both under construction. When we got to the room the cables were missing from the TV and the chair in the room was torn. The chain lock in the room was also broken. Staff were excellent they remedied the cable issue immediately.

Elevator was out of order. Parking lot was full of snow, couldn't tell where the parking area was, and it wasn't snowing when arrived late at night.

This hotel is a CRIME SCENE! I can't believe Wyndham associates themselves with this property. Its virtually a meth house. The level of filth is off the charts. Piss stained chair to blood and/or fecal matter stains smeared on the bathroom walls. People wandering the halls and yelling at 2 am is disturbing. This property is convenient for the RCMP, that have their detachment directly behind the hotel; as every Person of Interest in the Battleford area is hanging around and in the Hotel. A wrecking ball to this property couldn't be dispached soon enough! If you value your health and life; avoid this property!!!

Room had musty smell when I got to it, I opened the window and after a day it was better. this hotel is old and carpeted. Room was clean but bathtub had grit/grime in it. Pool closed, elevator out of order, scetchy area of town. Breakfast was frozen/in the fridge selection of fruit poor.
If you want cheap this is it, if you want nice go somewhere else

Comfortable enough but found the room too stuffy. Window sills were dirty, needed to be vacuumed behind the beds. Needs to be renovated and updated. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection

The parking lot was very icy. Looks like it had not been cleaned. Plastic was hanging from the outside steps. Went in and room had an old perfume smell. Like someone just left and the room had not been clean. my girl sat on the bed and banged her leg on the frame which was not set up properly. Looked dirty. Took the key back and left. I feel we should be reimbursed.
