Everything was overall great!. Loved that breakfast was included. Everything looked cleaned. The only only thing I can think of saying is the bathroom door being a little weird. Sliding wood door with no locks. But not a big deal to me. And also there wasn't anybody there to help with luggages. But again not so much of a big deal for my family.

The Hotel presents itself as a very nice almost “resort like” building that you would see in say: Mexico. It’s just off the main road, and the rear abuts the ocean looking out to the highway. The Desk check in staff was most courteous, efficient, and professional. He also answered my questions regarding the nearby Town, points of interest, and Restaurants and Pubs. The room was well laid out, spotlessly clean, and the bed comfortable. Pillow options were good. Room; The room was spacious, clean and the furniture well positioned. The bathroom was clean and large enough for a couple to prepare in the morning to start their day. Coffee maker and small fridge are always appreciated when travelling, and this room had each. The bed was large and comfortable, and an assortment of pillows allowed a guest to choose firm or soft depending on your preferences. The room faced the back lot and was quiet in the night. ……they did a good job here with running a Hotel. Well done.

Leading up to my stay, I had a conversation with the manager about having my support animal with me. It’s not a dog or cat. The manager was understanding and agreed to my need for the support animal (with documentation). Everything turned out wonderful for all. Note: Always communicate with the hotel in advance for any animal arriving to a hotel. It is much appreciated in both ends and makes for a smoother arrival / departure.
