Hotel Oasis Belorizonte

Staff is impersonal, particularly at reception where they need to be super helpful. My husband come down with flu and asked at reception if they had any medicine and the answer was “ no “ and end of, not an alternative offered or even indicating the nearest pharmacy. Rooms were okay, clean but worn out and the daily room keeping rushed as I would find dirt on the floor from the day before. Food was well cooked and tasty but not much variety offered as the days went by.

Staff were lovely and friendly. I didn’t like the additional costs on top of an all inclusive such as WiFi and using an iron. The beds were hard and housekeeping was not always the best as they kept on giving one less towel.

The hot water was hit and miss. The shower head didn’t fit properly so it was hard to stand under the Water. This was after an ‘upgrade’ from bungalow to main Building. The rooms need updating. Spa does not mean spa but rather massage service which is charged. Gym ok but you have to leave hotel to get to it. I was unwell most of holiday. Not sure if water or food. Overall won’t return and not worth the money. Island beautiful but small and sadly ruined by litter.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good location on the beach.

The resort is in a very nice area of the beach of Santa Maria probably the best. It needs lots of renovation and more cleaning the washroom in the bungalows was smelling really bad I did complain about it as soon I got there. The food was ok. Some staff was very nice but another's had a rude way to talk. The wi-fi was really bad we couldn't get no signal in the bungalow. But the animation people was the best of the hotel very friendly and always there to entertain us and help us with what ever we need. Overal was ok.

I enjoyed a week here with my 2 sons aged 16 & 20. We chose a quiet place as we wanted a relaxing holiday and this is certainly the place. The hotel is relatively small but extends out into the grounds with a number of bungalows with more accommodation. These are great and we were certainly happy with the location of ours being close to the beach. We tried all 3 restaurants and found the food to be by good throughout. The staff were efficient and helpful rather than very friendly. We also enjoyed the tennis court, pool table and table tennis table. The pools and surrounding areas were clean and the beach bar was excellent. Loved the beach which when you move away from the hotel areas is deserted. A brilliant place to relax.

Serviços absolutamente extraordinários! Seja em animação seja em gastronomia. No entanto, a limpeza fica a desejar. Encontrei baratas grandes e pequenas dentro do quarto. O que não é agradável.

El hotel en su conjunto está muy bien; ofrecen bastantes servicios (entretenimiento, una clase gratuita de buce, bar y restauración) las instalaciones son grandes y muy cerca de la playa. Uno de los puntos negativos es que, pese a ser un todo incluido, el wifi es de pago (1 hora 2€) y los bungalows están algo viejos y no demasiado bien cuidados (aunque todo está limpio). Otra pega es que la carta de bebidas en los bares es bastante pequeña y que en los buffetes de comida no se indican los alergenos de cada preparación. No obstante, el personal es muy atento y amable, lo que compensa los aspectos negativos.

Hotel très bien situé, accès direct plage, les jardins sont magnifiques très bien entretenus. Bonne animation, personnel sympa, bons restaurants. Il faudrait chauffer au moins une piscine par contre, car l'eau est très froide même s'il fait beau (en janvier)

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Strand, an der westlichen Seite von Santa Maria (Gebiet mit vielen Resorts).

Ho soggiornato i primi 8 giorni di gennaio! struttura con servizio all inclusive ottimo! Il cibo era sempre molto vario e gustoso! I vassoi vengono sempre rimpiazzati non appena terminano! Il personale in servizio per la pulizia dei tavoli e la raccolta dei piatti sporchi è davvero gentile e simpatico! L’hotel ci ha dato 3 vaucher per delle cene speciali nei loro altri 3 ristoranti che consistevano in menu italiano, menu assaggio e menu di pesce alla griglia servito in spiaggia! Davvero cucine buone, bravissimi gli chef e i camerieri sempre competenti con il servizio al tavolo! L’animazione c’e ma non sono invadenti, ho visto che c’era un mini club per i bimbi e animazione tutte le sere alle ore 21.00 preceduto da balletto dei bimbi (almeno nelle sere a cui sono andata). Hotel posizionato vicino al centro di santa maria! Spiaggia attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini nonché bar in spiaggia per le bibite! Ci sono 3 piscine adulti e 3 da bambini con spazio riservato ai lettini! Noi abbiamo soggiornato nei bungalow, forse sarebbero un po’ da sistemare nei serramenti e nei sanitari, pero tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene, c’e anche il climatizzatore e tv in camera e un tavolino con due sedie nella veranda! Pulizie giornaliere!

Vicinissima alla spiaggia. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Alimentação diversificada,e bem confecionada fruta diversificada e abundante e sobremesas de qualidade, muito melhores e nada comparáveis aos dos resorts espanhóis que parecem artificiais. Basta dizer que os chefes de cozinha são portugueses.

Bel albergo praticamente sulla spiaggia grande e attrezzata. Ristorante con buon cibo e pulito, grande per ospitare molta gente . Vicino al paese Santa Maria.
