This aparthotel is a good option considering

Positives: The room was spacious and generally clean, The view of the ocean is good. The central atrium was nice and the staff were friendly The proximity of the small supermarket The choice of drinks and juices for breakfast Negatives: The hotel is run down and not at all like the photos. There is a general air of disrepair, beyond reception and the atrium. There is an extension/conservatory next to the breakfast area that had significant leaks. The breakfast itself was limited, the pastries of poor quality/bland. Due to outbreaks of shigella and Salmonella in Cape Verde (I am not suggesting this was in the hotel) , public health advice is not to eat prepared fruit or fruit that is not washed and peeled, further limiting the selection. The ham was of poor quality, there was no toaster, only a sandwich making. The cereal was stale. There was no hot food, there was a plate with previously fried eggs on only 2 mornings, these were cold. The pool area was ok, but the water was cold. There are only a few sunbeds The bed was hard and the bottom sheet scratchy. There was a leak under the sink, with a bowl to catch water and therefore mould. The blind in the bedroom was badly broken and therefore I was unable to let in any natural light. The window did not open. There was no TV reception. The shower had a build up of scum and mould. The shower trap had a build up of debris and did not drain properly. My room was not cleaned during my 6 day stay. The wifi was very poor.

Wonderful aparthotel in a superb location.

The property looks nice, but the location, transportation and the rooms are not great.

It was a very nice place, people friendly, very clean, they have good breakfast, and a store in the place where you can shop for the apartment, would definitely return, thank you

Stuff it was wonderful, very clean .

Nice hotel. Big rooms. Very clean. Friendly Staff. Nice pool. It is a little ways from Mindelo, but the taxi ride will be 300 or less. Checkout says noon, but our flight wasn't until the evening, so they let us keep the room until we needed to leave for the airport.

Great property, just minutes outside the city with an amazing view. They were very accommodating we we're a group of 7 including 2 children (age 2 and 5)

Staff, location and space in general are very good. Beach close by is not so good

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’amabilité et la grande disponibilité du personnel, toujours souriant et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, varié et de qualité. Un grand merci également à la masseuse qui a été formidable : mes parents ont pris un massage avec elle et ont été absolument ravis. Une très belle expérience !

L’appartement était correcte et propre. Bonne vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Le personnel était agréable et disponible. Par contre, l’hôtel se trouve un peu à l’écart du centre ville de Mindelo…

Quanto indicato nei siti non corrisponde a quanto trovato. Negli appartamenti non c'è WI-FI, non ci sono le "facilities" per fare te o caffé, nel nostro appartamento non c'era acqua calda. Il ristorante NABUCCO è chiuso a tempo indeterminato, quindi nessuna possibilità in zona di cenare o fare colazione, lo shop/supermarket era chiuso, lo snack bar bordo piscina chiuso...insomma, un Aparthotel fantasma. Il signore del check-in è stato comunque gentilissimo e ha ovviato concedendoci un taxi a spese loro per poter andare e tornare da Mindelo onde poter mangiare, come pure un taxi per l'aeroporto. Per ovviare al problema della doccia (mancanza acqua calda), un altro ragazzo che stava di turno serale ci ha messo a disposizione altro appartamento (utilizzato da qualcuno o da molti), quindi non pulito e con un bel preservativo ricordo buttato nel WC che ha intasato lo scarico ed era in bella vista....insomma....da dimenticare! Il posto sembra dismesso ed è diventato, secondo nostro parere, un affittacamere ad ore.

C’était super jusqu’au soir. des clients de l’hôtel ont crié de 22h a 11h du matin impossible de dormir. Personne pour leur dire de pas faire ca. Aucun respect. Les appartements pas mal du tout, par contre les batterie cuisine sont pas super, voir laisse a désirer. Pas d’éponge ou de liquide vaisselle pour laver les assiettes.
