The rooms are more like cabins which are very musty. The beaches and amenities redeems the place. The food is not bad for resort. They are well aware their WiFi is down most of the time and do not seem to have a sustainable solution except for charging guests for access to another network. Essentially there is no free WiFi. The employees are nice.

The hotel was very relaxing, lovely layout of the apartments through a garden, the pool is fantastic and the hotel is right on the beach. Buffet breakfast was a nice selection. There are lots of activities and seems great for families with kids. Only real criticisms are that for the money you pay you really should get free wifi, charging €35 for wifi in your room these days is a bit ridiculous! Also check in was a little strange, they wouldn't process us without a printout of the reservation, so took a long time on the dodgy wifi to be able to email it to the front desk so they could print it.... bit unusual! Staff on the front desk were not as helpful as they could have been. However overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

In this era of environmental awareness, please find another solution to the plastic cups at the bar! It is absolut waste in all accounts to serve drinks in a small weak thin plastic cups, that are difficult to handle (they fall over because of the wind) and very damaging to the environment. It is possible to change them to the hard plastic cups that could be washed and re-used.

The reception desk should improve the quality of service offered. The staff is not very helpful nor welcoming. The wi-fi needs to be improved. Apart from this, the food and the animation was very good and entertaining. Clean basic rooms.

Nice hotel but it is more catered for Italians, for instance the daytime activities and evening entertainment was in Italian. The food is okay but quite repetitive. If you miss lunch the only snacks available is pizza, hamburgers and hot dogs. The rooms are clean and spacious but you can hear your neighbours chatting through the walls. Great location by the beach though and a lovely walk along the beach to the town of Santa Maria. It is very windy in February and the evenings are cooler so long sleeves/trousers are recommended!

Gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Zimmer sind auf das Minimum beschränkt. Es stehen aber Renovierungsarbeiten an,die wirklich notwendig sind. Anzahl der Sonnenliegen ist wirklich ausreichend. Animation ausschließlich auf italienisch aber von uns aus deswegen kein Minuspunkt. Verpflegung war auch gut. Hervorheben möchte ich noch das Galadinner ,bei dem das Buffet so toll und liebevoll angerichtet war.

Direccionado a iralianos. Equipa animação nem fala outra língua ( para mim positivo, pois nem chateiam). Comida muito boa e variada, excepto no lanche que é sempre pizza. Todos os funcionários (não animação) são super simpáticos e muito trabalhadores. As zonas comuns já precisam de ser renovadas. Quartos em casinhas simpáticas, mas na última noite percebemos que se vizinho barulhento, ouve-se tudo.

Un séjour enchanteur vraiment....l'hôtel est super propre, la nourriture des buffet excellente, le personnel est super gentil, la plage est magnifique.Cet hôtel a vraiment un style colonial. Certes un peu désuet mais c'est ce qui fait son charme ! Les cabanons sont propres et spacieux et climatisés mais mal insonorisés...! Le seul hic : club italien et on ne parlait pas un mot d'italien !!!! Mais les animateurs font beaucoup d'effort pour intégrer tout le monde et ça c'est chouette !!!!! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci
