Beautiful small complex tucked off the Main Street on a beautiful sandy beach. It’s an older complex but well maintained, quiet and has everything you need. Great for family’s and those looking for a relaxing, peaceful vacation.

The unit we rented was great- spacious clean well stocked great view of beach- the pools and restaurant was nice,, but the street front view very rundown not kept up at all- some money and care need to be put towards this area- looked like something out of a zombie movie- and on our last days the pool bridge was taken down aNd a lot of construction started

The condo was very clean and spacious. However, the grounds were not well kept -pool wasn’t always clean and grass was rough (longer than usual). The front door to the condo has a major problem. We couldn’t open it from the inside as it would close to tightly, so we had to walk out the back door and to the front door to kick it open every time we wanted to leave. We locked our room key inside the condo and the management said they would arrive in 5 min. Well after waiting outside for an hour and getting dozens and dozens of mosquito bites, a security officer finally let us in. Management never came. Enclosed beach/ocean had lots of seaweed and a fishy smell.

Sunset Cove Condominiums is a gorgeous property, and is located perfectly on 7 Mile Beach. We paid for an island view room, but were given an ocean view room without even asking. Not sure why, but I never look a gift horse in the mouth. Anyway, the room was beautiful, the property was extremely clean, and we will definitely be back in the future!

Sunset Cove has a great lagoon for lounging and snorkeling. It was not crowded in May so it was easy to find chairs and umbrellas at the beach and pool. It’s not an updated property and you really need to walk on the sidewalk to Seven Mile beach. But, for the price it is a good value. It is clean and has beachfront which makes for a great stay. We would stay again.

We liked it! The unit itself was a bit outdated but view was awesome lots of room clean etc. Pool and beach were great ! Close to Marriott where there is water sports and food and drinks at pool bar were great. my kids 12 and 14 loved the pool and milkshakes my husband and I loved the drinks too. Would recommend !

Great location, and one of the few properties on the south of SMB that still has a beach. The walled in cove also provides a great swimming area with good snorkelling just outside. Good pool and bar area, with hot tub and loungers/umbrellas for the pool and beach. Very clean apartment with a good view and everything we needed. We will be going back!

The entrance to the property you had to pass a closed down hotel to get to first. The property itself was fine just passing that made it feel like a downgrade. The apt was ok not the most up to date. Dining chairs were all Ripping furniture was old. Def needs to be updated and refreshed a better color. There was some kind of construction happening in the unit below or next door that made it impossible for my child to nap. The location is Great though You are near 7mile beach and all the Georgetown restaurants and pickup Point for tours
