Really nice hotel

Antay Hotel is excellent, probably the best hotel in town. During my stay, I always had the feeling that the personnel was willing to accommodate my needs and help with any request. This is an excellent choice.

Very nice accommodations. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. View from veranda was spectacular! Breakfast was awesome!

Close to Arica central.

The hotel overall is good. However housekeeping and, most of all, the service at the restaurant was bad. We had lunch the first and had to wait an unacceptable long time. We have some food sensitivities, but the staff seems not to understand how this is important. I was sick for a couple of days, and my wife was not allowed to take my included breakfast to our room, saying that there was an extra charge for room service. I asked for fried eggs at breakfast, but they told me that.the egg service was only for omelets (!!!). Not really a 5-star service.

i didnt like the breakfast with no option to take it to your room. if your wife wants to sleep in you cannot take her breakfast to the room. it is against the rules. there should be local olives and fresh local bread for breakfast.

Comfortable stay!

I enjoyed the indoor heated pool, exercise area, restaurant service. I was please with the breakfast option, and the magnificent view of the Morro de Arica, and partial view of the ocean from my room. I truly enjoyed my stay, thank you very much for your services.

Ignorant staff, lack of training & the most infuriating service I have ever received from start to finish. The hotel is nice but the staff have no idea what they should be doing, have no direction and the vast majority are just plain rude. Check in I was told by concierge that I had to join the long Check Out queue. After 45 minutes I was told I couldnt check in until 3pm & the concierge then took my bag. So a 45 minute wait to drop a bag. When I returned at 3pm there were 4 members of staff standing behind the frontdesk but only 1 was serving guests. A large queue of guests and again waited around 30 minutes to complete the rudest & longest check in process I have ever experienced. The room itself was great. But then the poor service continued. No one available at the Spa reception - when they finally arrived they are rude and unhelpful. At breakfast the first morning we arrived - waited outside for around 5 minutes but didnt see a single member of staff so entered the restaurant, ate breakfast and left before even seeing anyone. The next day the 8 staff in the restaurant were all over the place. No guest is allowed to touch anything on the buffet (although we had yesterday!) - this "covid" process is a chaotic mess? The night before we waited 50 minutes for a side of fries and 30 minutes for a draft beer (to be told there was now no draft beer). Also whilst arranging a late check out the receptionist dealing with me picked up the phone mid conversation and answered a call.

The staff in all areas very friendly and kind. Always smiling and helpful. The food was very good with large portions that could be shared. Very clean. Outdoor pool and hot tub was unseated. Indoor pool area like a sauna. Great indoor play area for small children with a fee.

Nice and warm; all the modern conveniences. Great break from some of the small rural places we stayed at.

very nice new Hotel, great location close to shopping mall and also to the beach, very nice spa and pool.

This is the best hotel in Arica, have great amenities and restaurants, the breakfast is excellent too, all the other hotels pale in comparison.

Very clean and modern hotel with all amenities. Most staff speak some English. Room service was lacking and actually gave me sickness. Comfortable bed, great views.
