Hostal Graciela

The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!

Friendly place to stay with a decent breakfast in an excellent location - good wifi and some english spoken. But the room was disappointing with no natural light or ventilation and no wardrobe or cupboards for clothing. Overall ok for a couple of nights.

We enjoyed our stay at Hostal Graciela very much and particularly appreciated the efforts of our host to make our stay an enjoyable one. Special efforts included early morning breakfasts, trip recomendations, computer loan and organising tours for us. The only drawback was the absence of a window in our room or any other means of ventilation.

the owner was extremely helpful with tips on restaurants, outfitters and places to see. Wi-fi was a bit spotty. Otherwise very friendly and quiet place, perfectly located in downtown Pucon.

Mysig boende med mycket bra läge i Pucón. Bra service med trevlig personal. Frukosten var bra med goda frallor och äggröra. Fanns även nescafe och enklare kök att tillgå med kyl/frys, kökstillbehör och micro. Rummen var något små men annars ingenting att klaga på. Rekommenderar varmt detta stället.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel Graciela. L’accueil est très chaleureux, le gérant met tout en oeuvre pour que nous apprécions notre visite. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux et bonne qualité de la literie. Merci pour tout!

Atendimento excelente. O dono muito atencioso, banho muito bom, cafe da manhã excelente. Localização perto de tudo. Pucon é minúsculo.

Et hyggeligt hostel med rigtig god stemning. Ejerne er meget søde og hjælpsomme. Beliggenhed er perfekt ift. busstation, restauranter og søen. Det eneste man kunne ønske, er et udendørsområde, hvor man ville kunne slappe af. Morgenmaden er fin med cornflakes, brød med ost/skinke, frugt og røræg tilberedt af ejerne. Rigtig fint hostel til en meget acceptabel pris.

Excelente. Atendimento muito bom, caFe da manha simples mas bem.gostoso. tudo limpinho, quarto confortavel, limpo, roupa d cama excelente. Localizacao otima, pertinho de av principal, possivel ir a pé.

Excellent établissement. Le responsable est très humain, à l'écoute : nous avons eu un problème de transport et nous ne pouvions pas être là 2 nuits, une seule nuit à été facturé. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions, allez dans cet hôtel, c'est très bien

We really liked this hostel! Henry was great, giving tips and answering all our question. The breakfast was really good and we also liked our room a lot. The location is awesome as well!

El lugar, la ubicación y la calidad de la comida es buena. Lamentablemente al llegar el costo de la habitación aumentó según la encargada, y consulte con hotels.com pero no tuve respuesta, mágicamente ese día ya el costo era 0 por lo que la encargada decidió cobrarnos el monto estándar de la habitación. esto se suma a que nos botaron a la basura desde el refrigerador medicamentos dermatológicos en su recipiente que debían ser guardados en el lugar y que no constituían ningún daño o alteración a la comida cercana ya que como personal de salud conocemos estas posibles interacciones, el tema más grave es que ni siquiera se guardo en otro lugar y se decidió autoritariamente botar todo incluso con recipiente, donde la encargada aludió que no se le había avisado y que ella lo “podría haber guardado” cosa que finalmente no lo hizo y no accedió a ninguna solución, perjudicando nuestro viaje ya que quedamos este recién inicia y no contamos con la receta ni la posibilidad de asistir a una nueva consulta con el especialista. Por otro lado si bien las habitaciones son cómodas, el calor era bastante a pesar de la temperatura baja exterior debido a la poca ventilación de nuestra pieza, donde se contaba solo con un ventilador.
