Very nice boutique hotel in Punta Arenas. Ariel was especially nice and helped us with our check-in and providing useful information about Punta Arenas. Room and bathroom was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with good coffee. Will definitely stay here again next time we're passing through town.

Hotel was good for an overnight stay upon arriving in Punta Arenas. Area is quiet, we slept well and we had off-street parking. Would stay here again. The host was very nice, spoke English and was very accommodating with an early check-in and storage of our bags.

We had a one night stay at the hotel. It’s more like a guest house with some en-suite rooms. We got an en-suite and both the room and bathroom were clean. The facilities were fine for a one night stay. Breakfast was OK. Nothing great.

Had a great stay - the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options - fruit, yoghurts, juices, cereal, meat and cheese or pastries. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again :)

Hotel Albatros is a gem - we stayed twice (before and after Torres del Paine) and were beyond pleased. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable, the beds are wonderful, the staff is very attentive and helpful, and we loved the breakfast. This is a great choice in Punta Arenas and we would absolutely stay here again.
