Because I stopped twice at this hôtel during my stay. First time was excellent, I met the manager.
Second time 5 days after, was ok…
Spa need some improvement and clean the steam room… the hot tub was not working… and may be change the girl there, slamming doors while you are trying to relax.
A little disappointed about that…

I can't say enough about how much I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The architecture is very unique and modern. Our room was amazing! Every room has a stunning view of the lake. The food was incredible, they use fresh local ingredients mostly from their farm across the street, the best food we experienced during our 2 1/2 week trip to Chile. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel every night. I highly recommend the farm to table activity. You start across the street choosing fresh vegetable and eggs and then the chef creates a fabulous dinner! The staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us plan our activities. The hotel is a bit far from Puerto Varas, but it was so serene and a perfect location to explore from. We traveled around the entire lake. Visited the national park, went zip lining and visited numerous towns. One of the best hotel experiences we've had!

Great stay!
Loved the place.
Grabbed a bike as well and was able to do a quick ride in morning.
Breakfast was great.
Dinner was not on par with the rest. Wouldn’t recommend dinner, given there are so many amazing places in town.

The hotel is serene and beautiful, and the staff surpasses all expectations. Everything was top notch. We enjoyed a winter getaway, and watching the changing moods of the lake was enchanting. The staff arranged for a bike to zip lining, which was an amazing opportunity to see more of the gorgeous surroundings - truly fun!

El hotel es precioso, los dormitorios grandes con una vista increíble al lago y al volcán. Está a 17 km de puerto varas por lo q se necesita auto. La comida rica. La cama y ropa de cama excelente. No recomiendo pagar por la suite porque tiene un living oscuro y sin vista, basta con la pieza standard q es amplia. El problema q tuvimos fue q no funcionaba el aire acondicionado… nos cambiaron a 3 dormitorios y en ninguno funcionó.
