Excelente hotel. Definitivamente voy a volver. Lo único que me gustaría que fuese distinto es la pileta: es bastante chica y no es climatizada (además de externa). Todo lo demás, realmente muy bueno y recomendable. Destaco particularmente el profesionalismo y amabilidad del personal.

The property is not much to look at from the outside but inside it was absolutely gorgeous. Located in a safe part of Santiago 10 minute walk from high end shops, restaurants, and parks. Staff doe not understand the word no. If you ask for something they will see that it gets done.

I booked a stay with this hotel in January and got Covid two days before I was supposed to travel. I notified them that I was cancelling my trip because it was the responsible thing to do. I did book non-refundable rooms but I moved my stay to March 26 for the exact same number of days - and presented them with a letter from my doctor proving I was Covid - hoping that they would be compassionate and understanding (and appreciate the fact that I didn’t subject their guests and staff to potentially getting Covid). To my great surprise, they didn’t refund me nor were they willing to give me credit for the room for my return visit. Basically what they said was “if you buy non-refundable rooms at our hotel, come no matter what, even when you are Covid or you will forfeit your advanced payment.” Stunning. You’d think people would be a bit more understanding, given the circumstances.

Our experience was fabulous! We got caught in power outage and couldn’t get in until 4 am. The hotel ensured we had transportation from the airport in the chaos. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. The concierge went above and beyond on getting us dinner reservations at great restaurants. The breakfast was expansive with everything including personalized egg preparation. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. The pool area was like a spa atmosphere. We just loved it all!!!
