This was a wonderful little boutique hotel on a walkable cobbled street. The staff was exceptional and the room was very comfortable and quiet. It was easily in walking distance to Centro and right by a subway stop. Wonderful little place to stay. Thank you!

Located downtown, just a block of main street. Easy walking in the historical district of the city. Boutique property over 100 years old and takes you back in time! Lots of eating options in the area. restaurant next door and loud at night.

Charming hotel. No elevator, so if steps are an issue for you, beware. We don’t mind steps and found this to be a very nice hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, good staff, good breakfast, and an excellent location.

The old building with all it's original architecture was really great. Had fun exploring the building. Our room was fairly basic, but clean & comfortable. Our friends had a great room with a sitting room that had shutters which opened to enjoy the breeze & allowed you to people watch. The included breakfast was very basic.

This hotel was in the oldest part of town and it was on a street occupied by revolutionaries selling materials for promoting change and violence the weekend we were there. Our room was an interior space that was unaffected by any noise from the events. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was a portable air conditioner permanently installed to cool and ventilate the space, but the room was still was musty from age. There was a nice bar and breakfast room, and a free breakfast that was ok. They were supposed to be bilingual, but they had little English. For the price it was a good place to stay.

This is an older hotel but very well-maintained the staff is friendly and provides excellent service the only problem I had was that a number of the guest were heavy smokers and in the evening would go right outside the entrance to the hotel and smoke multiple cigarettes and the smoke Would enter the hotel through windows and doorways and being on the third floor and smoke rising it would fill the third floor With the smell of cigarette smoke . other than this I would recommend this hotel to stay in

Great location in downtown Santiago. It was nice to be able to walk to a lot of attractions. It might have been an issue with our phones, but we struggled to call them to get a ride from the airport so we wound up having to take an expensive taxi. They were extremely helpful setting up a taxi for our early morning flight when we left, however. We would stay there again!

The Vegas is an older, historical property that has been made into a hotel. It is in a quiet, cobblestoned area of the city just a block away from a main boulevard and subway stop. It is not luxurious but it is comfortable. The beds and bathroom are nice, you have individual control of your room temperature, and the included buffet breakfast will fill you up nicely. And the staff members are extremely nice and helpful. You will have to climb one or two flights of stairs to get to your room. So the Vegas is affordable, comfortable but not luxurious, and a friendly and safe place to stay.

Staff spoke minimal English, the website pictures look better than the actual rooms. The heating did not work and the bathroom is very tired. Bedlinen was not clean, had hair on it and stains. Breakfast - bread was stale, bacon raw and minimal variety to eat. Location whilst downtown, was considered very dangerous with many muggings and robberies. This hotel was more like a basic hostel than a hotel and for the price was not good value.
