I booked a room with 2 twin beds and a sofa since I was staying with a male coworker. The hotel said I booked a queen bed and a sofa. They showed me what they had received from Expedia and the paper said "multiple beds" but they denied to give me separate beds although the word "multiple" is very ambiguous. So one person has to sleep in a queen bed and the other on a very small couch. The hotel wanted me to rent a new room and try to get a refound of my original booking. It is the second time this happened to me in the same hotel. When I did the booking, the pictures of the room on the web showed 2 twin beds and that is what I chose (the 2 times I stayed there) but the hotel told me I booked a queen bed.

Pésimo servicio. Al momento del check out no me entregaron la factura ya que tenían inconvenientes para hacerlo y se comprometieron a enviarla posteriormente. Después de más de una semana no la he recibido a pesar dd que me he comunicado tres veces con el hotel.
Adicionalmente, contraté la estadía con desayuno incluido y me tocó pagarlo en el hotel.

This is a reasonably new property so is in good condition. The facilities are basic but adequate for a short stay and the hotel is clean. It’s centrally located near to a mall that has everything you could need. The service was friendly and the breakfast was very reasonably priced for good quality.

Check in was extremely slow and a terrible experience overall. I got to the hotel around 9 am from Santiago and needed to go to San Pedro de Atacama for a tour so I politely requested an early check in to have a shower and change my clothes however they wanted to charge me more than what I paid for the whole booking. There were rooms ready and available so I don't understand why they try to rip off costumers instead of making them happy when they need it. And to top it up they also tried to charge me a tax which is only for Chilean citizens. A part from that, rooms are very small, twin beds are tiny, and wifi really poor.

The location is close to a grocery store and shops. Room was clean and tidy and wifi worked just fine. The only drawback for me was how much they charged me for a late checkout but maybe it is just my lack of familiarity with hotels in Chile. In the USA that would have been a lot more affordable.

We only stayed one night as we had an early flight out to Santiago. For a very new hotel we were very disappointed firstly the restaurant service was very slow and then we had no hot water for a shower at 8 pm so we set our alarm for 5am as we were being picked up by a taxi at 5:45am only to once again have no hot water for a shower. Then when we mentioned this at check out we were basically ignored whether this was an English issue or just plain rudeness I’m unsure!

This is a newer hotel with funky designs throughout the hotel. The hotel location was good. Walkable to the bus station and close to a major supermarket. Staff were kind. The room was a bit small but comfortable and good for a one night stay. The buffet breakfast was good. I would recommend for a short stay.
